White Wine Salmon for 6…mmmm

Hi all,

Here is another one of U’s creations. Check it out:

6 pieces of fresh salmon fillets (buy one fillet and cut into pieces)

1 yellow onion, cut into thin rings

3 tomatoes cut into slices, or more if necessary

1 cup or more white wine, whatever type you have at home

Dill, fresh if available or dried works too, or chopped parsley

Salt and pepper

 Place the salmon pieces into a oven proof dish, put the tomato slices on top of salmon, and put the onion slices on top of the tomatoes.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper and the dill, or chopped parsley.  Pour the wine over it and cover with aluminum foil.  Bake at 375F for about 20 minutes,  or until salmon is done.
