Corn dog have always been a childhood favorite of mine. Sweet buttery corn mill around a beef frank, what’s not to love? This past meetup I made mini corn dog muffins for the group. I cheated a little bit by using Jiffy corn muffin mix but the outcome was delicious bites of heaven! For an easy snack or even dinner, please look below at the recipe.
